Focus Intense Interval Training (FIIT)

Our flagship class focuses on training certain muscle groups in each class, designed to develop strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance.

POST REHAB / EXERCISE THERAPY
A specifically designed program to help continue rehabilitating those who have been injured or have gone through surgery. This programming is designed to restrengthen musculature in atrophy, reduce pain, and rebalance the body, in order to improve and maintain the client’s quality of life.
